I completed B.Tech (Biotechnology) from SRM University Chennai and M.Tech (Computational Biology) from Pondicherry University.
I was intrigued by how organisms can manage to go through and grow through adverse environmental stresses and yet bounce back to their normal state of being. 

In DREAM lab, my research revolves around deciphering the role of certain adipose tissue derived factors whose mis-expression, as identified from a genetic screen, appears to affect growth and development. I hope to unravel their roles in keeping the metabolic equilibrium in check.

In free time, I am an outdoors-y person. I also love dancing.
